House Rules

Here are just a few things we wanted to let you know about and/ or remind you of. Please be

respectful of our home and the work & love we have put into it to make your stay pleasant. For

the most part, please just treat our home as though it were your own.

● No Pets

● No Smoking, Vaping or E-cigarettes of any substance.

● No Team parties or large gatherings.

● Maximum capacity is 7 people. Sorry no unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.

● No eating in the bedrooms. Please limit eating to the dining areas and kitchen only.

● Supervise children at all times. While our home is suitable for children of all ages please

be mindful of the fireplace and the basement stairs by keeping the door closed.

● Please do not move furniture, to avoid damage and dings.

● PLEASE DO NOT USE CANDLES WITH FLAMES. Flameless candles are provided for your

enjoyment in the house.

● Turn off lights when not in use.

● Turn off the stove, oven, barbecue and coffee pots after use.

● When going out for the day please:

o lower the AC/heat

o windows and doors are locked

o electronics are off

o faucets are turned off

● Quiet time 10pm - 8am. Please be considerate of our neighbors who work and respect

quiet time.

● Please respect property boundaries.
